I might have to read further on the books on suluuk, the Names and Attributes of Allah, Diseases and it’s cures by Ibn Qayyim and Prophetic Medicine by Darussalaam publishers and spiritual diseases and it’s cure by Ibn Taymiyyah 

And also on the books of herbal medicine, especially that which is related to the circadian cycle and sleep i.e. sleep/ wake cycles etc. etc.
