1. Being able to use the right combination of transcendence and gentle- stillness meditation as required by  an individual, in any given situation, and at any given time.
2. Sticking within the confines of the Qur aan and sunnah, according to the understanding of the Sahaabah

i.e. doing salaah, dhikr, tahajjud, sunnah prayers, nawaafil acts, according to the Qur aan, Sunnah and the understanding of the Sahaabah
