Text( Matn) 

1. One must be in a constant state of reflection; Knowing the effects of ones actions, and where each action( whether of the heart, tongue or limbs) leads to is a special blessing from Allah 

2. Reflection is something that( only by the will of Allah), one can perfect Wa Allahu A’lam 

3. The perfection of reflection( along many other spiritual blessings) may lead to spiritual blessings such as “baseerah” and “firasah” wa hakadha wa Allahu A’lam
