- Don’t judge a poor person. Make the du’a for seeing a person in affliction and praise Allah. You may not be able to cope if you were put into their situation
- Poverty can make a person do things that they don’t normally. For a believer, use it as a time to turn back to Allah and get closer to him. It could even be your ticket to attaining high ranks in Jannah
- In poverty, do what you can and fully rely on Allah, He is the one who gives the means, and He also decides if the means you take will capitalize. The most important thing is to worship Allah including having complete tawakkul in Allah and taking the means. What happens is left to Allah. You may find that Allah provides for you from other means that you did not think about. Allahu Akbar
