1. A few hours ago, I suddenly started experiencing the “intellectual patterns” issue- the “eye-patterns” issue- but intellectually instead
2. I got ready for bed, when/ as soon as the “intellectual patterns” befell upon me, I slept then woke up relieved from the “intellectual patterns”.
3. My mind/ intellect feels like it is back in near- synchrony with my other faculties/ my being/ my existence- near- synchronisation of my existential reality( for lack of better terms/ terminologies)
